Recently university student in japan have a huge problem to start working, their employment rate is becoming quite worse and worse because of economic recession in 2008 and big disaster in this year.
And in addition to further some company start to adopt foreign student from asia than japanese student. It means that it become more difficult for them to start working.
Many media reported that Rakuten company decided to use English in public language to adopt intelligent staff from in the world. And Uniqro will adopt foreign staff half of whole 600 new employee in next year.
And most remarkable instance, Panasonic decided to adopt 1400 new employee, and foreign staff are 1100, Japanese staff are only 300.
Other large company like panasonic will begin to imitate same things.
Globalization has been said a few decade ago, but in earnest it has started suddenly only a few years. Older human resources intend to respond globalization by adopt foreigner, although they can not do this for long time.
